UNITIC Business Center has 18.280 m² of the office space which includes the offices of different size, in two towers (tower A and tower B) with 21 floors each.

In order to ensure comfortable environment our office and other space is equipped according to the high-tech world standards.

UNITIC Business Center makes the space arrangement and bare costs following own standards of the space arrangements.

The office premises have:

· Heating, cooling, ventilation

· Electricity

· Water supply

· Security (physical security and video surveillance)

· Cleaning, and

· Ordinary maintenance of the systems and elements

· Connections to the installation,

· All telecommunication installation is subject to payment.

Should the client lease more than one floor that client is allegeable to the discount. The additional services for clients of the offices space are lease of the conference facilities (amphitheater, meeting halls) catering, garage and outside parking and storage.

Our clients are paying only the premises they occupy, so the common area on the floor, which includes, toilets, service area and corridors in front of the elevators are not included in the price of the lease.

We may offer to the client telecommunication services too, subject to the separate contracting with the clients, all in accordance with the price List – Announcement of the services and Price List of the Operator UNITIC.
